Do I need to move my website to use Chebu?
No. Chebu only needs mail records (MX, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC) plus a verification record. Your website records stay as they are. Your site keeps running wherever it runs today.
How long does DNS take?
Most providers publish changes within minutes, but some take up to a few hours. Chebu rechecks the records so you can see when they are live. You don't have to guess whether a change has gone through.
My domain already has an SPF record. What do I do?
Keep it and merge in what Chebu lists. A domain should have only one SPF record, and a second one can cause problems for mail you already send. Chebu tells you what to add to the record you have.
Can I add more than one domain?
Yes. Add each domain separately. Every domain has its own records and mailboxes, and all of your addresses still arrive in one unified inbox.
What is the DKIM record for?
DKIM lets receiving mail servers confirm that mail from your domain really came from you. Chebu gives you the DKIM record to add. Together with SPF and DMARC, it helps your mail reach the inbox instead of spam.
